Somewhere Between Heaven and Earth

During my annual visit back to my country South Africa in December 2006, I went sky-diving in Cape Town for the first time ever. Strangely enough it was on the 22nd December which was exactly between the day Michael came into this world (22nd January 1960) and the day he sadly left us (22nd November 1997) and so I found myself somewhere between heaven and earth and for a few minutes a little closer to Michael up above. It was an amazing experience and something I can hardly experience in words. Jumping at 9000 feet, you free-fall for about 30 seconds before the parachute opens and it takes about 5 minutes to get down to the landing zone. This was such an exciting experience and I thought I should share it with everyone. Rickyrocks (webmaster)
